Bridget Carver

Bridget is the title department team lead. She is also one of our paralegals and curative specialists…she works to resolve title issues.  Along with underwriting title exams, she also prepares and sends title commitments to our lenders and coordinates preparation of special legal documents as well as reviewing legal docs prepared by outside attorneys.

Ellie Moberly

Jessica Straley

Jessica is our Post Closing Specialist; she is responsible to disburse all funds and monitor incoming wires, including earnest money, as well as sending out all mortgage payoffs, inspection fees, seller proceeds, home warranty checks, etc., either via wire transfer or USPS.  She also reviews all legal documents being recorded before turning them over to our title department for recording.

Vanessa Dettwiller

Vanessa is a part of our title department; and is our post-closing specialist. She prepares and sends out all owner's and lender's title insurance policies as well as other recorded documents.

Julie Strader

Randy Adkins

Randy is a member of our Title Department and in charge of our recording process. He reviews all legal documents for accuracy prior to recording them in the respective counties.  Randy is also responsible for preparing all buyer/seller/lender closing protection letters as required per transaction, and additionally conducts closings as a Closing Officer when needed.
